Mr. O'Leary brings over 15 years of biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry experience to Pulmatrix, where he manages the Regulatory Affairs, Program Management, and Quality functions. Prior to joining Pulmatrix in 2007, Mr. O'Leary held the position of Director of Project Management and CMC Leadership within the Product Development Group at Alkermes, Inc. During his tenure at Alkermes, Mr. O'Leary held several management positions of increasing responsibility including heading up the Regulatory Affairs CMC Group over 3 manufacturing sites. In addition to supporting the development of several clinical stage drug products and post approval manufacture of Nutropin Depot®, Mr. O'Leary spent 3 years on assignment at Alkermes' largest manufacturing site near Cincinnati, Ohio, aiding in the approval and launch of Alkermes' commercial products Risperdal® Consta®, and Vivitrol®. Prior to joining Alkermes, Mr. O'Leary held various manufacturing and regulatory positions at Organogenesis and Serono. He holds a B.Sc. in Biotechnology from Dublin City University in Dublin, Ireland and an M.B.A. from Xavier University's Williams College of Business in Cincinnati, Ohio.
